Moving everything to github

This is a quick note to inform you that any plugins or code hosted on *.caboo.se will be moving to GitHub very soon. If I’m hosting your project, you have about a week to move your code repository, if you haven’t already.

    It might be nice to update past blog entries with the current project URL, or have some redirects set up.

    You can drop Bus Scheme; I've already got that moved over. I've been meaning to move my dotfiles over; will try to do that this week. Thanks for hosting this stuff while we were waiting for Github to get written!

    GitHub was inspired in a big way by the free-for-all lovefest that is git.caboo.se. Good to see we did it well enough to supplant the original.
